HWL Ebsworth Lawyers will be conducting a workshop on Best Practice WHS Management Systems and Managing WHS Incidents in Sydney on Monday, 29th April.

In this paid workshop Justin Le Blond, Senior Associate and Sebastian McIntosh, Solicitor will be providing you with practical guidance in relation to this critical area of work health & safety law.

Topic areas will include a review of the legislative requirements for PCBU's under the new Work Health & Safety Act to develop safe systems of work and practical guidance on the steps to be taken should your organisation be involved in a workplace incident (including dealing with Work Cover inspectors immediately after the incident and during the investigation).
